What are Whole Natural Foods?

Whole natural foods are those consumed as close to their natural form as possible, or with minimal to no processing. Incorporating whole natural foods in your diet could look like eating:

  • Fruits & vegetables;
  • Lean meats like chicken & fish;
  • Milk & yogurt;
  • Legumes like beans and lentils;
  • Nuts & seeds;
  • Herbs like cilantro or basil; and
  • Spices like ginger, turmeric, & garlic

We Get Creative with Spices

Whole-natural, protein-focused foods don't have to be boring. We use a variety of spices to create unique but palatable flavor profiles, and, most importantly, keep you craving more! We always cook our foods using healthy oils, like EVOO and Coconut Oil, too.

Pan-roasted salmon with mustard & honey sauce

One 4 oz piece of wild-caught salmon oven-roasted with mustard and honey.  Served with sauteed spinach and garlic and roasted mixed vegetables, whole grain brown rice, or quinoa.

Walnut-crusted chicken thighs

4 oz of chicken thighs topped with crunchy walnuts and served with sweet potatoes or carrot fries and roasted mixed vegetables.

4 oz of ground turkey or lean turkey breast cooked with Mexican spices and served with a mixed lettuce blend, corn, black beans, and avocado.

Menu is customizable based on preferred protein source (animal versus plant), macronutrient plans, and any dietary restrictions.
