One 4 oz lean turkey burger stuffed with sundried tomatoes, feta, and fresh herbs. Served with peas and roasted mixed vegetables, whole grain brown rice, or quinoa.
One 4 oz piece of wild-caught salmon oven-roasted with mustard and honey. Served with sauteed spinach and garlic and roasted mixed vegetables, whole grain brown rice, or quinoa.
4 oz of chicken thighs topped with crunchy walnuts and served with sweet potatoes or carrot fries and roasted mixed vegetables.

6 oz of lemon-pepper seasoned shrimp or tuna served with arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mixed sweet peppers, and asparagus.
