In 2008, Teresa started her personal fitness journey which led to her complete body transformation, a passion for living the fit life, and a love for instructing. Through her own personal experiences and education, Teresa instructs a safe, effective, and fun workout while holding a variety of specialty certifications.
Gabby first fell in love with group fitness taking a family member's kickboxing class. From there, she sought all the most fun and challenging classes in her area to keep fit. Now as a personal trainer but also devoted to building a fit community, Gabby's group training style is based in mastering fundamental movements and lifts and putting form and focus above all else. She serves the Morris County area.
